Koper's DBZ Collection Policies

      We will only accept items that are eligible to be resold. All return items will be inspected.

   

      Eligible items may be returned for STORE CREDIT  OR EXCHANGE. We do not issue refunds

   

     Y ou will be credited the amount you paid for the item only ,not including taxes and shipping cost. 

   

    Items must be sent back within 5-10 days after delivery date

 Items must be in good condition, no broken or missing parts.

 

    Figure must not have any marks and / or scratches. NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

    All  items on clearance and stickers are FINAL SALE

 

   All shipping fees must be paid by the customer. Shipping cost is  NONREFUNDABLE
